EarTest.pro is an online hearing-test website operated by T-Audio. It is a single online testing service, not a shop or physical clinic. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the site and how we handle it.

- Test data: test frequencies, volume and threshold values, reliability scores, EQ settings, report content, report and session identifiers, and timestamps.
- Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, referrer, approximate location (country or region), device and browser type, screen information, language, timezone and connection type.
- Contact data: your name, contact details and message when you contact us by email or WhatsApp.

- To generate and display your test report, music playback and EQ results.

Retention
We retain test data for the long term for the purposes above. Temporary and incomplete reports may be retained or cleared as required by the system. Access is restricted to authorised personnel.
